Yes, you can create a media post-session template to send rich notifications. This is only supported if your WhatsApp number provider is Smooch.
For any other providers, unfortunately, any media files cannot be attached.
You can although send a link with the help of a property. The link can be saved in a property and that property can be sent through the post-session template.
