We will be submitting your request for the official verified account or so-called 'Green-Tick Verification'.

As per our experience, if your company is not a well-known brand, WhatsApp considers your request only after at least 3 months of usage. If the usage is good, people are responding well, then they check the prominence of your company and choose to give or not give the green tick.

This is similar to the verified mark on Facebook and Instagram accounts, only a select few get it.

To Note: Not having Green-Tick does not mean you are not using an approved account. WhatsApp has still verified your business and given you permission to run your business account.
