In case of rejection from the WhatsApp team, we will pass your application to our WhatsApp experts to review your application again to find the reason for rejection. After that:

  • If we find the issue, then we will re-submit the modified application to WhatsApp (only after confirming with you).
  • If we don't find the issue and we believe your application should have been approved, then we try to get in touch with the WhatsApp team to dig more. We usually do this if we got any brand (similar to your business) approved before.
