If a user messages your business, then you can respond with any type of message in the next 24 hours. The limit is calculated from the latest/last user's message (i.e. a message which user sent to your business). The moment the user sends the message again the 24 hours window resets. Eg. 

  • A user sends a message to your business at T1.
  • Your business can reply to the user by sending messages within the next 24 hours i.e. T1 to T1+24 hrs.
  • Let's assume the user sends one more message at T1+10 hrs.
  • Now, the 24-hour window resets and your business can reply to the user till T1+10+24 hrs.
