WhatsApp doesn't allow users to send advertising, marketing, or promotional messages to their customers. Any template that contains such messages is rejected.

2. Cold call Messages
“Is now a good time to talk?”,
“Thank you for your interest, can we speak now?”,
“I tried contacting you but you weren't available. When are you free?”
Avoid words or phrases that make your template seem promotional.
Think about how your message template sounds when read out loud.
