Yes, you can add restricted login access for human agents who can only access the Converse Tab on your Morph account.

By default, 2 login accesses are provided to your account which is included in your subscription plan.

If you want to add more than 2, then each access would have an additional charge for this.

You can share the email IDs of the human agents with our support team on a ticket to get their access.
