1. Introduction

You want to drive an exceptional experience for your customers, you put in enough effort but how will you know what works and to what efficiency. Morph platform provides this capability to Analyze. You can see the statics of your bot performance and interaction with users 


2. Access

On the left Panel click on Analyze. 



3. Metrics

Metrics display the specific count of a given parameter. Following are the parameters displayed 


 

Message count: This covers all the messages exchanged with users. This metric includes all messages that are incoming and outgoing. 


Session Outbound Messages: This number shows the number of messages sent by you to your customers during a session. 


Incoming Message Count: This is the number of messages received by you from your customers. 


Post Session Count: This is the number of Notification messages sent to your users. These are the approved templates that you send to your customers. These messages are sent to your users when they may not be in an active session. 


Active users count: This number shows the number of users who have been active in past one month. 

Active users count ( within 24 hrs ): This number shows the users who are in an active session with you. The users who have texted/responded in the last 24 hours.


Fall Back Conv triggered: This is the count of times when your bot failed to handle user’s queries and a fallback conversation was triggered. A higher number in this section indicates a scope of improvement in Automation and communication.

4. Graphs

Graphs are displayed to provide a comparative analysis between metrics to provide a quick interpretable view of the data 


Message Trend over time: This graph shows the messages received over a period of time. This helps in interpreting the customer interactions and usage of the automation process 



Customer trend: This graph shows the number of unique users who have interacted with the bot over a given period of time. This graph is good to judge the outreach of your campaign 



Post-session Outbound message trend: This graph shows the number of post-session messages sent over time. This graph helps estimate the post-session message usage. 



Lists: These lists display bot behavior over a period of time. Morph Platform enables the admin to Export data in a RAW state or a FORMATTED set. 


Message- Unanswered - Fallback: This list shows when a message sent by the user went unanswered and the fallback message was triggered. This is important to understand how efficiently your bot can handle your user queries. 



Conversation Triggered: This list contains the number of times a conversation was triggered by overall bot users. This is important to understand which conversation is used the most and which is used the least to improve the user’s experience accordingly.



Filter Search: You can apply filters to access data of a specific time period. This is helpful to understand trends in a specific time frame to study the impact of various factors.  

You can select from preset timelines or a specific date and time window.
