1. Introduction

You have your end-users connecting with you through your WhatsApp bot. To Improve their experience and your insight about them you need information about these users. This information can be later used for targeted communication and to improve overall user experience. Morph platform provides that capability in the Audience feature. The audience feature acts as your mini CRM which assists you in user management and thus becomes a core strength of the platform. 


2. Access

To access this feature click on the Audience tab on the left panel of the platform



3. Core Functions

These functions are the building blocks of audience features.


3.1 Search and Custom views: You can search for users based on properties in the search bar. This is a global search option and will bring out the result from the complete data set unless a specific view is applied. You can create custom views to see a specific set of data from your users.


3.2 Filters: Morph platform provides you with an array of filters that you can use in conjunction to filter out the most relevant set of audience. You can then find out meaningful insights and execute targeted actions for this specific set of users. Read more


3.3 Segments: A segment is a grouping of users based on certain conditions. This group can be used for targeted communication, you can send Announcements/Broadcasts and workflows to this segment. There are two types of segments we can create Dynamic and Non-Dynamic segment. Read more


3.4 User Profiles: You can see information about your users that is gathered from properties defined in the bot and system properties. This is useful to understand the users and to provide better services and improved communication. Read more


3.5 Moving User information: You can export user information from the platform in the form of CSV or Excel files and use it as per your need. You can also import user information from your CRMs to the Morph platform. Read more
